  • Charter (Founding) Member of Kappa Upsilon Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta National Service Society
    (This marked the founding of the first Black Sorority on Auburn University’s Campus in 1/12/1974).

  • Has served multiple times as a member of the RCTS Reunion Planning Committee
  • 1988 – 2006: Served as an elected member of the Randolph County Board Of Education (District 1)

  • Previously served as President of the Randolph County NAACP for a number of years
  • Current Member of the Randolph County Branch, #5053 NAACP

  • Long-standing member of the Randolph County Alabama Democratic Conference (A.D.C.)

  • Current Member of the Randolph County Democratic Executive Committee
  • July 2005: Founded the Wilkie Clark Memorial Foundation, as a grass-roots
    community organization in honor of her father, an outstanding entrepreneur and civic leader.
